Quirky artist, Niagara Moon, is back with another whimsical album titled Good Dreams. Described to approach music with a “Willy Wonka lens”, the artist has cultivated a twelve track album – resemblant of works like The Beach Boy’s Pet Sounds and The Flaming Lips’ The Soft Bulletin.
When Niagara Moon, a.k.a. Thomas Erwin, couldn’t sleep one night, they envisioned the word “Good Dreams” to help – similar to the cover artwork for the project. This strategy emphasizes the concept of mind over matter, which is apparent throughout the album.
Niagara Moon’s music sends listeners into a symphonic bliss, displaying sounds from a digitized orchestra. The imaginative album covers the highs and lows of life, ranging from dark topics like paranoia and claustrophobia to celebratory topics like empowerment and love.
We can’t wait to dive into the dreamy orchestral world of Niagara Moon; we hope to see you there!
