When you mix exceptional talent and hard work, huge things can happen. This rings true for Canadian-born country artist Tenille Arts. Her career is gaining major moment. Arts has signed a publishing deal in Nashville, she’s fresh off of her 1st CCMA “Discovery Award’ nomination and her self-titled debut EP has been released to iTunes and Spotify due to a rapidly growing fanbase. The fanbase has been growing consistently since the country newcomer took a hold of her reigns and dived in headfirst to chase her dream. Her YouTube has surpassed 750,000 views and over 6,000 subscribers. These videos have lead Arts to be featured on Bob Kingsley’s Country Top 40 countdown, and on the Woody and Jim Morning Show in Nashville. Not only that, but popular country outlet WhiskeyRiff labeled Tenille “a newcomer you need to know immediately”.
The 22-year old has gained major success but is quietly confident at best. You would never guess that Arts would be well on her way to a household name with her humble spirit. She’s worked hard to get to where is at and now at the end of 2016, Arts is releasing the best music she’s ever created. “I could have put music out there on many occasions just to have something out. I always told myself to be patient until the complete package was ready. I wanted the songs, the timing and the production to be right,” she says.
And from what we can tell, everything was in perfect sync on her self-titled debut EP. It’s evident throughout her music and her life that Arts is inspired by the likes of Carrie Underwood and Taylor Swift. She’s vulnerable, true and honest with the audience she has built. Keep an eye out for the 22-year old singer/songwriter. She’s well on her way to a successful and long-lasting career.
