After a big weekend at the iHeartRadio Music Festival 2023 in the books, iHeartRadio has announced that their annual Jingle Ball Tour is back!
This holiday season, ten cities across the country will get to celebrate with a thrilling lineup of artists through Capital One’s annual wintertime music event. The featured artists in the mix are Olivia Rodrigo, Usher, Nicki Minaj, SZA, Niall Horan, OneRepublic, Sabrina Carpenter, Big Time Rush, Kaliii, Ludacris, Zara Larsson, Flo Rida, and more. New York’s lineup, as we’ve already established, is a star-studded Christmas wish list for every music lover.
Ready to deck the halls? Here are all the details you need to know to watch or attend the holiday festivities live. Don’t worry, you still have time to dig out your Santa hat from your closet.
When are the tour dates? Who’s set to perform?
Jingle Ball will be rolling into town beginning November 26 through December 16, stopping at Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas/Fort Worth, Detroit, Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, Washington DC,Miami/Fort Lauderdale, and Tampa. Twenty nine artists are currently set to rock the night away on this year’s tour. Olivia Rodrigo is making her Jingle Ball debut at Los Angeles’ Kia Forum and New York’s Madison Square Garden. Big Time Rush and AJR are returning from the 2022 iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour.

How can I get tickets?
Keep your eyes peeled on two sales that will happen next week for all cities. The Capital One presale begins on Tuesday, October 3 at 10AM local time and ends Thursday, October 5, 10AM local time. Eligible Capital One cardholders can purchase presale tickets along with Capital One Access Passes, which gain exclusive access to pre-show private performances, depending on the city. Not a Capital One member? General public onsale will begin on Friday, October 6 at 12PM local time at iHeartRadio.com/JingleBall.
Can I watch it live or on streaming platforms?
Yes and yes! This year, on Thursday, December 21 at 8PM ET/PT, you can tune in to watch a live broadcast special of footage from all the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball tour stops on ABC. There will also be an on-demand streaming option released on Hulu on December 22.
Can’t make it or don’t see your city?
2023 has been a joyful year for live music. Many of the Jingle Ball 2023 artists are currently touring or scheduled to hit the road soon, so no need to fret if Jingle Ball isn’t coming to you this year.

It’s giving… back
All ten cities are partnering with the Ryan Seacrest Foundation, a “nonprofit dedicated to inspiring today’s youth through entertainment and education-focused initiatives.” A portion of ticket sales will benefit the organization as well as offer exclusive packages through online auctions leading up to the events.
