Last week, blues-rock singer ZZ Ward delivered an electrifying performance at Irving Plaza in New York City. The minimal stage production during the show gave ZZ Ward the opportunity to truly shine and show her powerful voice off to the audience. Her bluesy-pop voice, which is infused with hints of R&B, made the crowd go crazy. The musicianship that was shown among her and her backing band was unparalleled – it was like a well oiled machine. It was a pleasure to watch the crowd’s response to such powerful music.
