There is nothing better than spending a rainy evening at in Cleveland with the incredible VV. That is exactly what we had the opportunity to do this past Wednesday and it was definitely a night we will never forget.
Following the released of his debut album, “Neon Noir”, VV embarked on a world tour which has finally made its way to North America. Fans of Valo made their way to the House of Blues to see the Finnish artist perform.
One of the most perfect opening songs would have to be “Echolocate Your Love” and that was proved at this concert. The crowd went wild as soon as the first note was played. The set went back and forth between songs from “Neon Noir” and covers of the most popular songs from the band HIM. Nostalgia filled the building as everyone remember the first time they ever heard songs like “Wings of a Butterfly” and “Buried Alive by Love”. It was almost as if we were transported back to the year 2004 for a night.
Every VV fan is incredibly dedicated to their favorite artist. From heartagram tattoos, shirts, and handmade clothing that showed their love for the music, one could tell everyone in attendance was filled to the brim with joy!
Not only was it an amazing experience, Valo really showed off with his incredible talent. Hitting every single note and making it look easy! Even after all these years, his voice has not wavered.
You are not going to want to this the “Neon Noir” Tour! You can keep up with VV on Instagram and Facebook. Where are you seeing VV?
