Since they were teenagers, Los Angeles band The Regrettes have been wowing music lovers with their blend of punk, pop, rock, and alternative. After releasing 2015’s Hey – EP , the band was subsequently signed, and have since released two studio albums; 2017’s Feel Your Feelings Fool! and their most recent release, 2019’s How Do You Love?. Supporting their recently released sophomore album, The Regrettes stopped by Portland’s Wonder Ballroom for a remarkable night of genre-defying fun.
From the second frontwoman Lydia Night stepped on stage, she cemented herself as an absolute force. Her presence is infectious; the whole room can tell she’s having the time of her life. Bandmates Genessa Gariano, Brooke Dickson, and Drew Thomsen each have a different, yet equally dynamic stage presence to Night’s, making for the perfect band dynamic. Their musical chemistry is undeniable as well, as they feel like the perfect example of a band at their best. Fresh yet timeless, The Regrettes is the band on everybody’s lips, and deservedly so.
