We got hear Lyor’s story of how he get his start in the music industry and became the Global Head of Music at YouTube and Google. After his panel we went down to Banger’s Sausage House & Beer Garden for StubHub’s SXSW Schedule.

It was announced that Bedichek Middle School is the first school to benefit from the grant — receiving more than $12,000 in music instruments for its string and marching band programs. The students also dedicated a song in memory of Draylen Mason a teen from Austin, Texas who was one of the people killed in the Austin bombings. Lovelytheband was up next. The band had fans singing and dancing along during their set.
We went back to the Austin Convention Center to attend another music industry panel with Shakey Graves (Alejandro Rose-Garcia), his manager Bodie Johnson and booking agent Keith Levy, all apart of the series Beyond The Band.
After Shakey Graves’ panel, we went over to the empire garage to photograph the Neon golden records showcase. Great Good Fine Ok, Kitten, Wallows, Cloves, and Noah Cyrus all performed.
