Leading up to his performance at Seattle’s Bumbershoot Music Festival, Mura Masa graced Eugene, Oregon’s historic WOW Hall with his legendary live show. Fans of the producer extraordinaire came out in droves, clearly eager to experience one of his highly praised concerts in the flesh. Known for their danceable tunes, vibrant colors, and high energy, a Mura Masa show has often been described as an experience first and a concert second. The atmosphere is somewhere one can effortlessly fall into the rhythm of the crowd and dance until their worries disappear.
In addition to Mura Masa, the show also included the compelling vocal and rap skills of English songstress Fliss who helped bring some of the producer’s biggest hits to life. Taking on the task of singing and rapping the parts of noteworthy artists like Travis Scott, Charli XCX, and Desiigner, Fliss had a tough job, but manages to stun more and more with each track. The pair has a dynamic chemistry that helps them continue to raise the energy, track after track. It may have been a Thursday night, but when Mura Masa comes to town, any night feels like the weekend. Check out some photos from the show below!
