FINNEAS played his alternative-electro pop songs to a sold out crowd in Brooklyn, NY on Wednesday night. He took the stage with grace and made it clear to the audience he had something to prove through his music. His show in Brooklyn was the second to last stop on his brief US tour supporting the EP and he made it clear that he’s an artist the world should be paying attention to.
While he’s best known for the writing and producing work he’s done with his little sister, Billie Eilish, FINNEAS is quickly making a name for himself as a solo artist. Earlier this fall, he released his debut EP Blood Harmony, which put his solo career on the map. Throughout his set he played songs like “I Lost A Friend,” “Shelter,” “Partners In Crime,” “Angel,” and more.
FINNEAS is one of a kind – his voice has a mysterious quality to it, and all of his songs sound completely different but all fit effortlessly into his personality and music. Every single person in the venue on Wednesday night could see his passion, because he was hanging on every word he sang. The care he has for his craft is unparalleled, and it really came through with every song he performed.
By the end of his set, FINNEAS had proved to the audience that he was a force to be reckoned with. The emotions and stories he carried with him through his set are what make his an incredible musician, and are ultimately what will make him a star in his own right moving forward.
