Last week, Dreamers rocked Irving Plaza in New York City in support of New Politics. While the band was nearing the end of a long tour, they didn’t let it show at all in their performance.Dreamers played a great array of songs from their debut album, This Album Does Not Exist, which gave the crowd the boost of energy they were waiting for. New York City is the band’s hometown, so they made it clear to the audience that they were back and ready to conquer the city. Midway through their set, the band played a great cover of “Zombie” by The Cranberries, which got the crowd singing louder then before. It was very obvious to the crowd thatDreamers is a very special band – their music paired with their great live show showed everyone the importance and greatness of modern rock music.
While their stint with New Politics is coming to an end, Dreamers will be making some festival appearances this summer. Head over to the band’s website for dates and ticket information for upcoming tour dates.
