On Saturday night, powerhouse vocalist Donna Missal showed off her immense talent to a near sold-out crowd at Warsaw in Brooklyn, NY. Missal is currently supporting Sir Sly and Joywave on a string of tour dates, and she made it clear to the crowd that she’s a force to be reckoned with. Her strong vocals and electric energy were the perfect way to kick off the night. She played a set filled with songs from her debut album This Time, which was released earlier this year via Harvest Records.
Missal’s ability to control the crowd while she aced every note she hit was inspiring. It was impossible to look away throughout her set – the musicality that was portrayed was unparalleled. Her infectious performance was closed out with her single “Keep Lying“, which left the crowd screaming and wanting more. After Saturday night, it was clear that Missal walked off that stage on everyone’s radar as an artist to watch.
