Last Thursday, Niall Horan announced the title of his new single “Heaven.” The song comes after Horan’s three-year hiatus from music since releasing his sophomore album, Heartbreak Weather. The new single will be released to all music streaming platforms on Feb. 17.
In the moments leading up to the public announcement, Horan began sending out mysterious gifts to lucky fans containing candles and lyrics from the song’s chorus, eventually leading to the creation of the cryptic website heavenwontbethesame.com – a website designed to encourage others to pre-save the new track. In addition, Horan began releasing snippets of his new single on TikTok to his 4.9 million followers. From acoustic guitar plays to singing along with the car radio to even promoting the song with a detailed skin-care routine, Horan has created all the hype for his new single.

Before the announcement of “Heaven,” Horan took it to Instagram and Twitter to update his journey with music:
“I’ve been working really hard on my music over the last couple of years and it’s almost time to get things going now. I have so much coming over the next few months so keep your eyes peeled for the first of many announcements tomorrow. I’m really excited by the idea of getting back into the swing of things. Thank you for your patience and I can’t wait to share this chapter with you.”
With the new track on the rise and rumors of NH3 being talked about, it’s safe to say that Niall Horan is entering his music comeback era.
“Heaven” will be released via CD, vinyl and digitally. Pre-save and pre-order the album here.
