At this point, we can’t say that Miley Cyrus isn’t getting us any new music. Sure, it may not be any of her solo work, which is apparently on its way, but not too long after showing up on Snoop Lion’s track, “Ashtrays & Heartbreaks” a few weeks back, the former Disney star is beginning to rack up quite the list of collaborations, simultaneously trying to hold fans over until the release of her anticipated fourth studio album later this year. Black Eyed Peas frontman, will.i.am snagged Miley for his latest single, “Fall Down”, a party ready dance track with cheeky lyrics, where the two musicians tumble into “lyrical love”. Around the 2:30 mark, Cyrus can heard singing, “Boy, you can be my lollipop, let me, let me lick you up.” At times, the five minute track is unpredictable, with elegant strings appearing during the bridge, but at the same time, it’s not totally original. Listen to the first minute of Fall Down. Does it remind you of another pop song? Possibly “Die Young” by Ke$ha? Listen for yourself below:
