It’s back! New Music Friday is here again and we have all the best from some of our (and your) favorite artists! See our favorites below!
Top 10 Singles for the Week of June 29, 2018:
1. “Don’t Matter To Me” (feat. Michael Jackson) – Drake
An unlikely pair make a one great track. Smooth vocals from Drake accompanied by Michael Jackson’s perfect falsetto makes this an instant hit and a huge standout on Drake’s new album, Scorpion.
2. “Still New York” (feat. Joey Bada$$) – MAX
A collab that we are absolutely obsessed with. MAX’s vocal is as fresh as ever and is made even better when combined with Joey Bada$$’ sound and when they both are belting out the love for their city.
3.“Connection” – OneRepublic
A different approach to the classic OneRepublic sound; verses coated in rhymes and slick beats that meet the traditional distant pop sound of the chorus brings a modern spin that we just can’t get enough of.
4. “Alone Time” – lovelytheband
The next track from the upcoming Finding It Hard to Smile is a chill, beachy track that talks about the struggles of being alone and craving to have someone with you.
5.“The Last of the Real Ones Remix” (feat. MadeinTYO & bülow) – Fall Out Boy
A new take on our of our absolute favorite tracks from FOB’s latest release! The new productions gives this a new life and gives it a dance edge that we didn’t see before.
6. “Patricia” – Florence & The Machine
A sultry track with the unique vocal and sounds that give a great look at the sound of the entire record that dropped today, High As Hope.
7. “Focus” – Charli XCX
A vibey dance track that will get everyone moving. A simply beat with infectious hooks are all it takes for Charli XCX to dominate our dance playlist.
8. “Middle Finger” – Phoebe Ryan x Quinn XCII
Two great vocalists come together for the perfect diss track complete with synth beats and EDM influences.
9. “Losing My Life” – Falling In Reverse
A follow-up to their last single, “Losing My Mind” this new track follows lead singer Ronnie Radke as he continues to figure out himself. A blend of rap and metal always keeps things interesting.
10.“Birthday” – All Time Low
Another new track from ATL? Yes, please! Compared to their last release, “Everything Is Fine,” this is a bit scaled back but has a great catchy anthemic chorus that will be sure to make this a crowd favorite.
