1. “Love Story (Taylor’s Version)” – Taylor Swift
Last year, Taylor Swift announced that she would be re-recording off all of her past albums in an effort to own all of her own music. The first track is 2009 classic, “Love Story” captures the magic of the original that is elevated thanks to Swift’s years of vocal growth.
2. “If I Have A Son (feat. Harlem Gospel Travelers)” – Ruth B.
Ruth B. dropped an earlier version of this track last year and it really hit home due to what was happening to the world and the challenges the Black community faces. This new version includes the Harlem Gospel Travelers takes it even higher and reiterates the reality in our world right now and how it needs to change.
3. “Future Kids” – Sara Kays
A singer-songwriter at their best. It combines simple pop and elevates it by zeroing on the lyrics and letting them tell a compelling, and relatable story for the entirety of the track.
4. “Heat Above” – Greta Van Fleet
Rock band Greta Van Fleet returns with their next single that offers a slow, but exciting opening that drifts into the hard-hitting sound we know and love. The track is grand filling and a great addition to their overall discography.
5. “Desensitized” – The Ones You Forgot
A hard-hitting song from the very beginning. The vocal carries the track through the strong melody as it talks of trying to go through the motions when life gets rough.
6. “2Lovely” – Griff Clawson
Never underestimate a simple beat. This slow but intriguing track possesses the perfect sound and feel to grab any listener from the very start. The calm, yet earnest vocal will keep them listening.
7. “We’re Good” – Dua Lipa
One of our favorite pop princesses is back with a vibey and smooth song that will be sure to get anyone moving. It talks about ending a relationship on the best terms.
8. “Chasing After You” – Ryan Hurd & Maren Morris
A collaboration that was just meant to be. These two have vocals that mingle perfectly and together, tell a beautiful story about constantly chasing after the one you want, even if you already have them.
9. “Big (feat. Gunna)” – Rita Ora, David Guetta & Imanbek
A high-energy collaboration that breathes life into this track from the very first note. The entanglement of vocals and mix of beats is the perfect blend. Get ready to hear this one everywhere.
10. “My Wife & 2 Dogs” – Quinn XCII
The next installment of Quinn XCII’s upcoming album, Change Of Scenery II, has lyrics dripping with honestly set to an upbeat and modern beat that will be sure to please.
