New Music Friday: February 4, 2022

It’s New Music Friday! This week’s guide is full of tracks from Tate McRae, Wallows, Megan Thee Stallion and more! See our full guide below.

“she’s all i wanna be” – Tate McRae
A pop anthem that’s all about dealing with jealousy and losing someone to someone cooler. Tate McRae’s vocal is killer and draws any listener in instantly.
“Do We Have A Problem?” – Nicki Minaj & Lil Baby
Nicki Minaj is back and this high-energy, infectious track is only taken higher by Lil Baby. This one will be sure to get stuck in your head (not that you’ll be complaining).

“emo girl” – Machine Gun Kelly & WILLOW
A collaboration we didn’t see coming, but are so stoked that happened. This track is pop-punk at its finest. Fans of both artists will definitely have this song on repeat.
“SAOKO” – ROSALÍA
Everyone’s favorite Latino pop artist, ROSALÍA, is back and this track will have people just as hooked as before. It’s catchy and intriguing and will be sure to get anyone moving.
“Especially You” – Wallows
An old-school synth-pop sound encompasses the new Wallows track. This song also serves as the second single from their next album, Tell Me That It’s Over, due out March 25.

“If You Ever Change Your Mind” – Calum Scott
Sweet and earnest singer-songwriter Calum Scott has managed to drop another track that will be a tear-jerker for many. It’s about heartbreak and the endless possibilities of the future.
“Trouble” – Johnny Dailey
A classic country track that tells a sweet story while maintaining an infectious melody throughout. The chorus builds and explodes into an anthemic sound that will be sure to please.
“I’m Tired (From ‘Euphoria’ An Original HBO Series)” – Labrinth
A haunting and dark track that is a perfect fit for “Euphoria”. Its longing lyrics and sultry-feeling melody tie everything together perfectly.

“Flamin’ Hottie” – Megan Thee Stallion
An ode to the Flaming Hot Cheeto. This track is catchy and fun will be sure to be all over the charts—one of Megan Thee Stallion’s most fun songs to date.
“This Town (feat. Shakey Graves)” – Trixie Mattel
RuPaul’s Drag Race alum Trixie Mattel has released a new track that is a perfect blend of country and pop. It talks of small-town life and how you either have to embrace it or run away.
