After a baby and a greatest hits album, Carrie Underwood is back with some new music. Her new single “Smoke Break” was released and sent to radio today. Underwood announced the news in a video message on Facebook dedicated to her fans.
The song was produced by Jay Joyce, known for his work with Patty Griffin, Little Big Town, and Eric Church and was co-written by Underwood and her frequent collaborators Hillary Lindsey and Chris DeStefano.
The single comes off Underwood’s upcoming album “Storyteller”, which will be released on Friday, October 23.
