Texas-native and long time musician, Logan Henderson, shared his third solo track “Speak of the Devil” earlier this week. After teasing to fans that the single would be out mid-November, Henderson shared the single on Monday.
Henderson teased the single on Instagram just a week ago, also releasing the single artwork.
Categorized in the pop genre, “Speak of the Devil” breaks the stereotype of Top 40, four chord pop music. The song’s bass line is danceable and carries the song, building into a soulful bridge that captures the entire essence of the track. Perfect for Halloween and the climb into the gray, dark winter, Henderson’s solo music shines above anything he’s done before.
Just like his other releases, Henderson teased a clip to the what we hope is the music video to the song, which has no release date. However, with more than 150,000 plays in just a week, the lyric video to the song is an obvious insight to what’s next.
