After touring with alt-J and Portugal. The Man, Sir Chloe set out on their first ever headline tour and finally made their stop in San Francisco. Though it was a Monday night, the audience was more than ready for a high energy night to kick off the week.
The crowd was extremely excited for Sir Chloe to step on the stage. Several people toward the front spotted members of the band walking along the balcony, and excitedly hollered at them as they waited for the set to start. Finally, Sir Chloe took the stage and the crowd went crazy. The screams and hollering continued, one girl specifically in awe of bassist Emma Welch shouted “Emma you have the coolest job and are so cool I want to be you!” And the band was all smiles in response to the warm welcome, as they began playing and Dana Foote took center stage.
The band coasted through their setlist with the help of the crowd singing along to every word. The band played popular songs such as “Animal” and “Too Close,” and really had the room in a stir during their song “Michelle.” The song has gotten a lot of attention from Tik Tok and quickly became a fan favorite. Sir Chloe also debuted their new song “Daddy’s Cum” while also playing the recent releases “Mercy” and “Company.” It was an incredible night to experience a band on the rise showcasing their talent. Sir Chloe left San Francisco stunned, and will continue to stun listeners with each release.
