It’s New Music Friday! This week’s guide is full of new tracks from Billie Eilish, BTS, Nothing But Thieves and more! See our full guide below!
- “NDA” – Billie Eilish
The next installment of the forthcoming, highly-anticipated Billie Eilish album, Happier Than Ever, is reminiscent of her first album through and through. While it sounds similar, it still shows off her growth in her vocals and songwriting since the last album. - “Permission To Dance” – BTS
BTS dropped a new single today featuring “Permission To Dance,” which will be sure to get you moving! It’s vibey and has a 70’s influence that is a great new sound for them. - “Paralyzed” – Falling Through April
A killer rock song, if there ever was one. It’s hard-hitting both melodically and lyrically, which a bit of intrigue that will be sure to draw in just about any listener. - “Miracle, Baby” – Nothing But Thieves
The second single from the “Moral Panic II” EP is even better than the first. It’s hauntingly complex and gives Nothing But Thieves the ability to showcase their growth and new inspirations. - “love and hate” – Camylio
A heartbreaking, emotional track. It talks of the two sides of a failing relationship: one person is fine and the other is breaking. The lyrics and mood of this song will be the perfect addition to any sad playlist. - “Walk Over My Grave” – Yours Truly
The breakup anthem you’ve been looking for. It talks of that one person officially cutting things off and knowing that they never truly cared anyway, all through hard beats and a killer vocal. - “I Don’t Wanna Know Know You Anymore” – kate the dreamer
A pop song that’s unique and interesting. It’s simple but still takes a new form that will keep you coming back again and again. It’s about wanting to fully erase that person from your life and finally move on. - “Gloria” – Angel Olsen
The first look at Aisles, the new EP from Angel Olsen, has a clear sad sound that is haunting and intricate. If this is a good indication of what the whole EP will sound like, we’re in for a treat! - “You’re Not Special, Babe” – Orla Gartland
Pop singer-songwriter Orla Gartland returns with a new song that’s all about life’s annoying realities and how we’re all going through the same things. - “could cry just thinking about you (Full Version)” – Troye Sivan
A simple but sweet track that’s just an ode to someone and talks about how hard it can be not to see someone or something that reminds you of someone when you’re in love.
