You might not know Kina Grannis, but she is definitely an internet sensation. With over 2 million Spotify listeners and over 1 million YouTube subscribers, this singer-songwriter has developed quite a following online.
Kina is best known for her countless covers of contemporary pop hits with her own folksy acoustic twist. She’s also a talented songwriter – her latest original album, Elements, released in 2014, is a collection of beautiful songs about fading love and the challenges of adulthood. One track, “The Fire,” actually hit over 25 million plays on Spotify, so this artist is sure to have a bright future ahead.
