After releasing the singles “Praying” and “Woman,” Kesha has shared yet another song from her upcoming album, Rainbows, set to drop on August 11.
“Learn to Let Go” is an inspiring anthem, perhaps about her past issues with Dr. Luke, ultimately about letting go of previous hardships and learning to move on. The chorus features Kesha singing, “The past can’t hurt me if I don’t let it.”
While the song has its dark elements for sure, the music video is uplifting as well, and includes footage from home videos from Kesha’s youth. The singer recreates her childhood memories as she clings to a teddy bear and dances around joyfully.
