In the midst of a batch of festival announcements, The Governor’s Ball Music Festival has released their lineup for 2017. The festival will take place June 2nd to June 4th at Randall’s Island in New York City.
The lineup is led by three key headliners this year: Tool, Chance the Rapper, and Phoenix. Tool has not released an album in over a decade, so perhaps this could mean a new one is on the way. The same applies to Phoenix; the group has been on a hiatus since their 2013 album Bankrupt!.
Other performers include Lorde (whose last album was released in 2013 as well), Childish Gambino, Beach House, Wu-Tang Clan, Flume, Cage the Elephant, Mac Demarco, Charli XCX, Bleachers, and many more. See the full list above; you can buy your tickets here.
