We had the opportunity to talk to Hello Forever about new music, inspirations, and how they’re keeping busy in quarantine.
BTS: Introduce yourself to the readers.
Hello Forever: Hey. <3 xoxo
BTS: How would you describe your sound to someone who’s never listened to you before?
Hello Forever: We make contemporary classic pop music. It’s full of vocal harmonies and the songs are short.

Hello Forever: The universe. Our friends. Too many idols from around the world throughout music history to list.
BTS: How did all of you come together to form Hello Forever?
Hello Forever: We met on Tinder, but we’re just friends.
BTS: You recently released your debut album, Whatever It Is. Who/what inspired this album?
Hello Forever: Whatever It Is was a joy to make. It was about making peace with ourselves, and getting out of our own way.
BTS: Tell us about your songwriting process and how you bring your songs to life.
Hello Forever: We just try to listen to what the music wants to be, and let it come through us.
BTS: How do you connect with your listeners?
Hello Forever: However we can. It’s amazing to connect to people through art and we’re all a community together.
BTS: What’s something readers should know about you?
Hello Forever: Hit us up online (@helloforever on Instagram and Twitter) we love to chat.
BTS: During these unprecedented times, what are you all doing to stay busy and involved? Do you have any plans to release new music in the remainder of 2020? Can we expect any live stream events?
Hello Forever: Thankfully, we are all healthy and well, and doing our part to keep our loved ones and community healthy by staying home! We are continuously making music in the hopes that we might create something to uplift anyone who hears it. We are so fortunate to be able to continue working on our next (several) album(s), playing music with each other, and spending time together while sheltering in place.
