Djo has shared the latest single from his forthcoming album The Crux, which arrives this Friday, April 4. The new song “Potion” is the final track the American artist will share ahead of his new album’s release. Listen to the song and watch its official visualizer below.
For most of The Crux, Djo is the only performer on any of the album’s recordings. That’s especially the case on “Potion,” which is a stripped-back acoustic tune.
“’Potion’ is like your favorite pair of blue jeans,” says Keery. “I’d been working on Travis picking when I wrote this song, so it’s kind of like if Harry Nilsson and Lindsey Buckingham had a baby.”
Pre-order copies of The Crux are available here.
Soon after Djo’s new album drops this week, he’ll hit the road for a tour of North America and Europe. Scroll down for a full list of tour dates. Ticket information is available at this link.
