On March 26th, Indie-techno artist Daniel Javan released his new single “1, 2, 3.” Calling out the cruel pain in life that is university felt from lying, emotional distress, and a lack of appreciation. Javan addresses society’s emotional toxicity and creates a carefree attitude, allowing him to move on and gain strength from what can sometimes be inevitable.
Javan, an artist who channels his international background, of Persian, Danish, and Swedish descent, while speaking 5 languages, continously gives a smooth collaboration of sounds that all hold individualist emotions. He himself is one who focuses on the truth and vulnerability that music has to offer, and this is something that can clearly be shown in “1, 2, 3.” The raw emotions and lyrical confessions make this single one not to pass up.
