After almost two and a half years, Ben Howard is finally back with new music. Riding the success of his last album, Noonday Dream, Howard has finally announced what fans have been waiting for all along.
Produced by The National’s Aaron Dessner, Collections from The Whiteout features fourteen tracks and is due to be released March 26, 2021. In a press release, Collections from the Whiteout is described as “A sonic adventure that continues this nagging suggestion that Ben Howard is one of the UK’s most inventive and naturally talented of songwriters. Collections From The Whiteout is his latest opus, and arguably his most fully realized to date.”

On top of the album announcement, Howard also premiered a new single on BBC with Annie Mac, “What A Day.” Pulling in his signature sound and effortless vocals, the track allows listeners minds to fully float and envision their life back to pre-COVID normalcy.
In an accompanying music video, Howard is seen in a bizarre, yet matching story that pulls humor out of the relationship between hunters and animals, possibly a larger metaphor for our surrounding world.
