The Philadelphia music scene is alway evolving with bands and artists from different genres of music. Primatives are making their way into that diverse music scene.
Primatives, a hardcore band from Haddon Township, New Jersey , is bringing their 90s inspired grunge and hardcore sound to an audience. Recently, they released their music video for their song “Buzzard”. From there, the sound on the track is inspired by 90s rock music, but more of the early days. The track sort of reminds you of Pearl Jam, Mother Love Bone, and Queens of the Stoneage.
Primatives is a band to watch for those with new ears to the genre and current fans of hearing 90s rock being incarnated into a new generation of listeners.
Primatives will be playing at Connie’s Ric Rac in Philadelphia, PA on March 24th for their album release show. Purchase tickets here.
The band will also be playing Live at 5 on Philadelphia’s Alternative rock radio station Radio 104.5 on March 23rd.
