Following the success of her breakout single “Sweet but Psycho”, former Beyond the Stage cover star Ava Max has just announced her debut album! Titled Heaven & Hell, the 15 track album includes several previously released tracks like the infectious “Kings & Queens”, the ABBA-sampling “Torn”, the uplifting “So Am I”, and of course, the sugar rush that is “Sweet but Psycho.” Each of these respective tracks show that Max has a knack for catchy pop melodies that’ll be stuck in your head for days.
Along with the album announcement, Max also dropped the music video for her latest single, “Who’s Laughing Now.” According to her recent music videos, the album is split into two sides, with Side A representing Heaven and Side B representing Hell. “Who’s Laughing Now” falls into the Hell side of the album, as Max laughs in the faces of those who wronged her. The video’s storyline and over-the-top theatrics compliment the song perfectly and makes for a fiery companion to the track.
