Update 1/28/21: Aries released the official video for “CONVERSATIONS” today.
Shot in Los Angeles, it was co-directed by Aries and frequent collaborator Mattias Russo-Larsson. From a convertible on PCH, to a dark and moody hotel room, to a high school dance and out to the ocean, the video jumps around through various scenes and simultaneously captures the youthful vibe of the song and the playful lyrics.
“Conversations has a youthful energy that I wanted reflected with the music video, Aries said. “I grew up in California so driving down PCH sums that up for me. Then the high school prom scene just felt like the perfect extension of that youthfulness.”

Columbia Records and WUNDERWORLD’s Aries released his newest single “CONVERSATIONS” today. Produced and written by himself, this song, like much of his other music, blends the pop, rock, and hip-hop/rap genres.
“‘CONVERSATIONS’ is about begging for attention. Whether that be from someone in particular or more generally,” Aries said. “It’s summed up by the lyrics in the hook: ‘Conversations, I could never get enough…Silence aching in my bones.'”
It comes only a month after his previous song “FOOL’S GOLD,” which accumulated over a million streams in its first weekend. In the month since, it has racked up another 5 million streams, including the 753+ thousand YouTube views on the music video.
