5 Seconds of Summer are launching their own record label Hi Or Hey Records in partnership with Capitol Records. This is what the 4 Aussie boys had to say about it on twitter:
“So we have some news for u 
After signing with @CapitolRecords last yr, we’ve bn talking about creating our own record label to release our music in partnership w them. One of the reasons we’ve got to where we are is cos we’ve always worked directly with you amazing people! what u already do is incredible & having this label helps us to keep working directly with u all as we (finally lol) release our first album”
Yesterday, 5SOS released the name of their new label saying:
“so excited to announce the record label we’re setting up alongside you guys and Capitol Records is called HI OR HEY RECORDS !! you all made it trend #1 worldwide last week and we think its a pretty wicked name too gonna reveal how you all can be a part of the label with us soon… #HIORHEYRECORDS”
